Travelling Couple

Unique and exciting opportunity for an experienced travelling domestic couple to work for an UHNW family. Working year round between two family properties; in the UK (summer season) and The Alps (winter season) these are fantastic roles which do not become available very often. The properties are not main residences but are used regularly throughout both seasons including Christmas.

The chosen couple will be warm, welcoming and flexible in their approach with meticulous housekeeping skills and a strong maintenance background.

Laundry skills, an understanding of fine furnishes and what it takes to keep a HNW property in great working order is essential. One of the candidates must be a confident cook and happy to prep and cook healthy meals for family (and very occasionally friends) on a daily basis. Ideally both candidates will have a background knowledge in the hospitality, yacht or chalet industry.

Due to the coastal location of the summer property, there is an emphasis on maintenance management. The opening and shut down of this property is vital. Dealing with a variety of
contractors, recognising which contractor is required, and being aware of any upcoming works is also very important.

The family are an informal family who lead busy lives and  require staff around them who are willing and flexible. You must be happy to work as part of a wider team, including family office, to support the family.

Both candidates must be confident drivers (including driving in France), have strong experience working together and have worked at least 2 ski or yacht seasons.

An interest in skiing and surfing is essential to get the most out of this opportunity.

Separate contained accommodation is provided in both the UK and The Alps along with bills included. All travel expenses are also covered.
