Showroom Assistant

We’re working with a design-led, collaborative studio to find a brilliant Showroom Assistant, someone who thrives in a front-facing role and enjoys being the go-to person for both clients and the team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is confident, personable, and passionate about delivering a warm, professional first impression. You’ll be the face of the studio, welcoming clients and visitors, keeping the showroom running smoothly, and supporting a friendly team of likeminded creatives.

What you’ll be doing:

• Meeting and greeting clients and visitors in a polished, engaging manner

• Managing the day-to-day appearance and presentation of the showroom

• Coordinating refreshments, samples, deliveries, and appointments

• Providing general administrative support to the wider team

• Helping ensure a seamless and welcoming studio experience

What we’re looking for:

• A confident communicator with a natural, people-focused approach

• Highly organised and proactive — someone who spots what needs doing and gets on with it

• Comfortable taking ownership of a space and keeping everything running smoothly

• Previous front-of-house, retail, studio, hospitality, or showroom experience is ideal

• A genuine interest in design, interiors, or the creative industries is a bonus
