Junior PA – Oxfordshire

£30,000–£35,000 DOE | Private UNHW Household

We are recruiting on behalf of a private client for an energetic Junior PA to support a busy household team, primarily based on a beautiful country estate in Oxfordshire. This is a fantastic opportunity for a bright graduate or early-career professional looking to break into the private PA world.

You’ll work closely with two experienced EAs, acting as their right hand—handling errands (post office runs, event support, general overflow tasks), assisting with travel prep, and helping manage two additional homes.

Key Requirements:

• Driver essential (car ideal but not a deal-breaker)
• Must be based within easy reach of the main property in Oxfordshire
• Flexible attitude and upbeat personality
• Willing to travel and occasionally work out-of-hours when principals are abroad
• Private household experience not required—but a genuine interest in the sector is essential
