Handyman

We are searching for a lovely candidate to join the facilities team for a property company based in central London. This role will be fully involved so needing someone super handy who is great at repairs and is happy put their hand to anything & everything.

You will be joining a fast-growing student accommodation and short-let management company who offer fully managed services for their hosts and guests across variety of different properties. It’s a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to develop their career and experience.

They are really looking for someone who is a good communicator and can work well under pressure. Ideally you will have a year or more experience within this field. They are wanting someone super lovely, fun and energetic who has a can-do attitude who is creative and can use their initiative.

Within this role you will be responsible for keeping their properties maintained and fixing any faults that are needed. This can include putting in new carpets in guest rooms, repairing holes in walls, changing settings on cooling & heating equipment, putting new light bulbs in outdoor lamps and performing general cleaning tasks inside and outside the buildings. Other duties and responsibilities include repainting walls, fixing broken furniture, fixing minor electrical issues and making faucets stop leaking. This will be a physically demanding role.

This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday 9am-5pm.
