We have a fantastic new role for a lovely company based in Wembley looking for an experienced accounts manager as well as admin support.

We are searching for someone not only experienced but loyal and dependable. This is a really great role for someone looking to find their next long-term position. This position is for a high-end construction company, you will be based in their offices with a team of engineers around you who are super lovely and just very hard working.

For this role we are looking for an office all-rounder who can also take ownership of the accounts, operations, and act as a linchpin to keep the office running smoothly. When it comes to the accounts you must be proficient using Sage and the duties can range from:

    • Producing monthly financial reports
    • Processing monthly Sage payroll
    • Reviewing & submitting quarterly VAT returns
    • Recording and logging invoices for external providers
    • Processing sales invoices
    • Reconciling bank accounts

On the administration side you will be supporting the MD, a super charming gentleman with any queries that arrive as well as liaising with customers, managing orders, arranging deliveries, document control and general office management as well as acting as first point of contact for the team. This is a super lovely, involved role.

This will be a fully office-based position, 5 days a week Monday-Friday, 8am – 4:30pm. Parking is also available should you prefer. All in all, this is a great opportunity offering a varied position in a busy, successful company and one that will offer stability and growth in a lovely team.
