Personal Assistant / Office Manager

A prestigious boutique property firm in the heart of Central London is looking for a confident, capable EA & Office Manager to join their team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is a brilliant opportunity to step into a pivotal role within a genuinely warm, professional, and high-performing environment.

You’ll be supporting a dynamic and extremely busy senior executive who is not only incredibly sharp and driven, but also known for being thoughtful, respectful, and genuinely great to work with. Alongside managing his schedule, inbox and logistics, you’ll also be the go-to person for keeping the wider office running seamlessly — ensuring everything from operations to systems, suppliers and team needs are handled with efficiency and care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing high-level EA support to a senior executive, managing a busy diary, inbox, travel and logistics

  • Overseeing the smooth operation of the office, acting as a central point for the wider team

  • Supporting the finance function with tasks including invoicing, payroll, and expense management

  • Creating presentations and reports, primarily using PowerPoint

  • Liaising with suppliers, managing office systems, and supporting wider team needs as required

  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Ideally hold a degree
  • A solid handle on basic finance processes (ideally having used Xero and PowerPoint previously)
  • Experience in the property sector
  • 5+ years experience supporting to a high level

     

    It’s a hybrid setup, with three days a week in their stunning Central London offices and two days working from home. The role is set to start in the coming months, with some flexibility around the exact timing. If the above sounds exciting please don’t hesitate to apply.
