Using our robust database built over 23 years, we identify high-quality candidates who align with your brief. If a specialist skillset is needed, we’ll launch a discreet headhunt or use targeted advertising—always protecting your confidentiality.

Thorough Vetting

We assess every candidate for their experience, attitude, ambitions, and cultural fit. If they’re new to Attic, we conduct a full interview before presenting them to you. Only the best make the cut.

Shortlisting

You’ll receive a tailored shortlist, complete with CVs and Attic-exclusive candidate summaries that go beyond the basics—highlighting their personality, salary expectations, notice periods, and career motivations.

Interview Coordination

From scheduling interviews to preparing candidates and managing feedback loops, we handle it all—efficiently and professionally.

Making the Offer

Once you’re ready to offer, we manage salary negotiations, confirm start dates, and complete all necessary checks, including Right to Work documentation and references.

Aftercare
