This leading investment firm, based in a lovley office in St James’s, is looking for a Business Administrator to join their high-performing, collaborative team. You’ll be supporting senior team members with day-to-day admin while gaining exposure to the fast-paced world of finance. This is a perfect role for someone looking to get their foot in the door, build confidence, and grow in a supportive, well-established business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing day-to-day administrative support to busy executives

  • Managing calendars, meetings, and travel logistics

  • Helping with internal coordination and external communications

  • Supporting events, onboarding, and general office operations

  • Taking on ad-hoc projects and being a general go-to person for the team

Ideal Candidate:

  • A recent graduate or someone with some internship/admin experience in finance or professional services

  • Degree
