PA to Founder

Join a thriving, well-established organisation known for excellence in its field. We’re looking for an exceptional PA to work closely with a Managing Director who thrives on bringing in new clients and driving the business forward. This fast-paced role blends diary and travel management, creative presentation work, and client interaction — perfect for someone with a flair for organisation and a love for making things happen.
You’ll be at the heart of the action, supporting the MD and senior leadership team. No two days are the same — one moment you’re coordinating complex travel arrangements, the next you’re pulling together a polished PowerPoint pitch deck. You’ll also provide broader administrative support to the team, ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing busy diaries and coordinating complex travel for senior team members
Providing administrative support across the business
Designing, formatting, and polishing impactful PowerPoint presentations
Maintaining exceptional organisation and attention to detail in all tasks
Ideal Candidate:
2–4 years’ experience as a PA in a corporate or professional services setting (e.g., consultancy, finance, legal)
Degree or equivalent qualification preferred
Confident in PowerPoint, with an eye for clean, visually appealing presentations
Highly organised, detail-oriented, and composed under pressure
Friendly, professional, and happy to pitch in wherever needed
Equally comfortable working with clients and supporting behind the scenes
This is a hybrid role, with three days per week in a stylish Central London office. You’ll be joining a professional, energetic, and supportive team who value quick thinking, initiative, and high standards.
