Graduate Executive – Executive Search
London | Up to £34,000 DOE
We are seeking an outstanding Graduate Executive to join a growing executive search and leadership advisory consultancy specialising in senior appointments within the financial and professional services sectors. Our client partners with boards and leadership teams on critical strategic challenges including succession planning, market mapping, M&A-driven restructuring, and leadership transformation.
This is an exciting opportunity for a bright, ambitious graduate to launch their career in a fast-paced, intellectually rigorous, and high-impact environment where you will work directly with experienced search consultants and industry leaders.
Key Responsibilities:
Research projects including building detailed market maps and talent intelligence reports to support high-stakes executive hires.
Assist in drafting role specifications, candidate briefs, and client presentations.
Receive hands-on training and mentorship from senior consultants, with clear pathways to becoming a client-facing search professional.
Support the delivery of board-level and C-suite appointments, contributing to strategy discussions and candidate evaluation.
Ideal Candidate:
A minimum 2:1 degree from a leading university (Russell Group or equivalent).
Exceptional research, analytical, and critical-thinking skills.
Demonstrated commercial awareness and an entrepreneurial mindset.
Ability to build rapport quickly and communicate with credibility at senior levels.
Evidence of initiative, commercial flair, or entrepreneurial activity in your academic, professional, or extracurricular background.
Interest in leadership, corporate strategy, and how organisations attract and retain high-performing executives.
