EA/Office Manager
£50,000 - £55,000 FTC
This is a great 12 month contract for a highly expereinced EA/Office Manager who loves to be at the centre of the operations. This is a boutique environment working within the high end property sector and will suit someone with great interpersonal skills, a natural warmth and superb IT skills.
On the Office Management side, you will oversee the smooth running of the office and will also support the finance function with tasks including invoicing (Xero), payroll, and expense management.
On the EA side, you will be supporting a dynamic and extremely busy MD who is not only incredibly sharp and driven, but also known for being thoughtful, respectful, and genuinely great to work with. Alongside managing his schedule, inbox and logistics, you’ll also be the go-to person for keeping the wider office running seamlessly — ensuring everything from operations to systems, suppliers and team needs are handled with efficiency and care.
Key Responsibilities:
Providing high-level EA support to the senior executive, managing a busy diary, inbox, travel and most importantly liaising with senior stakeholders
Creating presentations and reports, primarily using PowerPoint
Liaising with suppliers, managing office systems, and supporting wider team needs as required
A solid handle on basic finance processes (having used Xero and PowerPoint previously)
Ideal Candidate:
Ideally hold a degree or equivalent
Experience in the property sector from an EA/OM perspective
5+ years experience supporting to a high level
