We are looking for a polished, professional, and dependable Concierge / Front of House to join our team, supporting a portfolio of high-end properties. This is a client-facing role where first impressions count, so immaculate presentation, discretion, and exceptional service are essential.
Alongside welcoming and assisting residents and guests, you will also provide light maintenance support to ensure properties are always kept in perfect condition.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide a warm, professional welcome to residents, guests, and visitors.
Deliver exceptional service and build trusted relationships with high-net-worth clients.
Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and service providers as needed.
Oversee deliveries, bookings, and day-to-day concierge requests.
Carry out light property maintenance and troubleshooting (e.g., minor repairs, basic upkeep).
Ensure communal areas and front-of-house spaces are always immaculate.
Handle basic administrative duties including scheduling, reporting, and record-keeping.
Maintain the highest levels of discretion and confidentiality at all times.
Ideal Candidate:
Experience in concierge, front-of-house, or luxury hospitality (property or hotel).
Immaculate personal presentation and strong communication skills.
A natural ability to connect with discerning clients in a professional, confident manner.
Basic maintenance/DIY capability and a willingness to handle small practical tasks.
Organised, proactive, and detail-oriented.
Reliable, discreet, and adaptable to the needs of a luxury property environment.
