Business Administrator - Investor Relations

London | £40,000 - £55,000

This is a varied and fast-paced administrative role supporting the Investor Relations team. The client is at the top of their game within the finance field, and this opportunity offers valuable exposure to a dynamic and high-achieving environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Investor Relations team

  • Prepare, format, and proofread investor materials and documentation

  • Coordinate meetings, roadshows, and events across time zones

  • Maintain CRM systems and investor databases

  • Handle confidential information with discretion

  • Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders professionally.

Ideal Candidate:

  • At least 1 year’s experience in a similar administrative role within professional services (e.g. finance, law, consulting)

  • Excellent academics: minimum 2:1 degree from a Russell Group university

  • Strong A-Level results (A’s and B’s or international equivalent)

  • Outstanding communication and organisational skills

  • High attention to detail and ability to multitask under pressure

  • A keen interest in finance and desire to learn and grow within the industry
