Team Assistant

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with 2–3 years of admin experience in a top finance or professional services firm, looking to take that next step in their career. Joining a high-performing and collaborative team, you’ll be supporting senior executives to the highest standard and gaining exposure to many different areas of the business. The firm is a leader in its field, with beautiful offices in St James’s and a supportive, team-focused culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing first-class administrative support to senior executives

  • Acting as a central point of contact for internal and external queries

  • Assisting with travel arrangements and diary management

  • Supporting onboarding and offboarding processes

  • Liaising with vendors and service providers

  • Helping organise internal and external events

  • Pitching in with general admin and ad-hoc projects

Ideal Candidate:

  • 2–3 years of admin experience in a fast-paced, professional environment

  • Degree

  • A proactive, can-do attitude with strong communication skills

  • High attention to detail and strong organisational ability

  • A polished and professional approach
