This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with 2–3 years of admin experience in a top finance or professional services firm, looking to take that next step in their career. Key Responsibilities:
Providing first-class administrative support to senior executives
Acting as a central point of contact for internal and external queries
Assisting with travel arrangements and diary management
Supporting onboarding and offboarding processes
Liaising with vendors and service providers
Helping organise internal and external events
Pitching in with general admin and ad-hoc projects
Ideal Candidate:
2–3 years of admin experience in a fast-paced, professional environment
Degree
A proactive, can-do attitude with strong communication skills
High attention to detail and strong organisational ability
A polished and professional approach
