Team Assistant

London | Up to £40,000 DOE

We are working on behalf of a highly regarded consultancy to find a bright, capable Team Assistant to support their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a candidate with 1–2 years’ experience in an administrative role within a professional services environment who is ready to step into a varied and valued position. You will divide your time between supporting the CEO and the wider team. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing diaries and coordinating travel for senior team members

  • Providing admin support across the wider team

  • Creating and formatting PowerPoint pitch decks and get creative with them

  • Maintaining exceptional attention to detail and organisational standards

Ideal Candidate:

  • One to two years' experience in professional services (e.g. consultancy, finance, legal, etc.)

  • Confident using PowerPoint, with an eye for visual presentation

  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure

  • Approachable, team-minded, and happy to roll up sleeves – no task too small
