Team Assistant
London | Up to £40,000 DOE
We are working on behalf of a highly regarded consultancy to find a bright, capable Team Assistant to support their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a candidate with 1–2 years’ experience in an administrative role within a professional services environment who is ready to step into a varied and valued position. You will divide your time between supporting the CEO and the wider team.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing diaries and coordinating travel for senior team members
Providing admin support across the wider team
Creating and formatting PowerPoint pitch decks and get creative with them
Maintaining exceptional attention to detail and organisational standards
Ideal Candidate:
One to two years' experience in professional services (e.g. consultancy, finance, legal, etc.)
Confident using PowerPoint, with an eye for visual presentation
Highly organised, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure
Approachable, team-minded, and happy to roll up sleeves – no task too small
