Talent Manager

Calling all brilliant HR / Talent / Recruitment Specialist looking for the next step in your career! We have began the search for a Talent Manager to join a growing, fast-paced and dynamic team in North London. This is a newly created position so there is huge amounts of room for growth and real opportunity to carve out your own role.

Role / Duties:

  • Full responsibility and ownership of end-to-end recruitment
  • Development of recruitment strategy & processes
  • Management and development of candidate banks
  • Acting as point of contact for all candidates and recruiters
  • Social media management
  • Managing the onboarding process, organizing inductions, training etc.

Who are we looking for?

  • An experienced recruiter, ideally 2 years’ experience within an agency or internal talent
  • Strong communicator, great verbal and written skills
  • An empathetic listener
  • Relationship builder
  • An entrepreneurial spirit, someone that will come brimming with ideas
  • A strong team player that is equally happy working alone and managing workload

You will be rewarded with a salary up to £50,000 dependent on experience + additional retention bonuses, as well as a sociable, friendly and welcoming team and real opportunity to grow and develop the role.
