SENIOR ADMINISTRATOR – FINANCE

Up to  £40k per year

Fantastic role for a motivated and ambitious Finance Administrator to join a high end and successful Independent Financial Advisory firm in the city. You will be one of 2 Senior Administrators supporting back-office processes and the two Executive Advisors.

The Role

The role is managing all IFA back-office processes, compliance matters with the potential to also work in a client facing capacity. The support team is highly regarded, very well looked after and a key part of this company’s success. There is a great opportunity for progression and the company is dedicated to progressing their staff through learning and development.

This person requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently and autonomously. Knowledge of the IFA environment is preferable.

The Candidate

The ideal candidate will be a bright, confident and a polished team-player with a keen interest in Finance, experience in IFA support and a desire to progress within the industry. Minimum two years in a professional environment is essential, preferably as part of a small – medium size company. They are looking for someone who is confident in dealing with all levels of people and confident in their own abilities along with brilliant communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Heavy document prep – Word, PowerPoint, and limited Excel
  • Scheduling and compliance in an IFA environment
