Recruitment Coordinator

Brilliant new role for a recruitment coordinator to join an exciting and fast-growing specialist theatre company who consult with a variety of clients specialising in live performances, theatre, events, acoustics as well as audio visual. This role is being offered as a permanent contract at 40 hours per week initially on a 6-month contract so you must also be available to start immediately.

The Role

We are looking to find an experienced and forward-thinking Recruitment coordinator to join their fun and friendly team. The job is varied and fast paced and will require an ability to multi-task and prioritise accordingly.

The ideal candidate will have some international recruitment experience as well as CIPD or equivalent HR/recruitment qualification and be up for the challenge of applying their excellent acquisition skills and ‘thinking outside the box’ mentality to help them deliver in line with their global recruitment strategy across the next 6–12-month period.

The day-to-day will focus on sourcing great candidates for various live and upcoming campaigns. The key to this role will be building on their existing recruitment relationships to keep growing their talent pipeline. One particular campaign that you will be working on will be sourcing candidates for various North American openings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • You will be responsible for supporting on all recruitment activity in North America and UK as required
  • Lead on delivering recruitment campaigns as required
  • Create & manage job advertisements and postings
  • Liaise with specialist agencies for roles as required
  • Maintain & manage candidate database and applicant tracking system for specific roles
  • Organise interview schedules in line with agreed timelines
  • Attend & participate in panel discussions and take an active role in interviews; ask questions, record notes/ feedback and next steps
  • Coordinate new starter induction schedules and sessions
  • Support on championing Diversity, Equality and Inclusion across the team in line with their existing internal policies and best practice

This role will be based remotely from home or a place of your choosing but you must be able to work effectively across their US and UK time zones as required.


  • Salary ranging from £30,000 – 40,000 (dependant on experience)
