Receptionist/Business Administrator

We’re looking for a bright graduate who is keen to work in the financial services industry to fill the position of Business Administrator/Receptionist at a prominent hedge fund in Central London. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to various teams within the hedge fund.
  • Coordinate and manage schedules, meetings, and communications.
  • Assist with document preparation, data entry, and report generation.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Facilitate efficient workflow and improve operational processes.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of a 2:1 degree from a top university.
  • Exceptional academic track record.
  • Experience in administration.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
