Property Manager

This is a great role for someone with a background in renovating and refurbishing luxury listed properties and dealing with HNW clients. You will be a specialist in project management (within property) and have a good handle on Contract administration. Any experience in quantity or building surveying will be a huge plus. This role will see you travel up and down the UK to four major estates which are undergoing extensive restoration. Excellent academics are essential for this role. Having the ability to work with the trades and coordinate the logistics for the projects is extremely important. You need to be really passionate about property, not take no for an answer and have an eye on costs at all times. You will be working with the Property Director and will be expected to take responsibility from day one. Commercial nouse is the driver for this role. You will be based in London but expected to travel to the various sites in the UK.
