We are searching for a brilliant Office / Team Administrator to join a global, exciting company in their stunning offices in Victoria.
This is a busy, dynamic and super varied role and we are looking for someone that has a passion for delivering great service and ensuring the office is ran perfectly. You will be a great team player and willing to get stuck in. Although an established business the office has a real start-up feel and everyone has an entrepreneurial spirit.
As Office Administrator your day to day duties include but are not limited to:
– Greeting clients and guests
– Organising meeting rooms
– Travel arrangements, bookings, diary management, visas
– Sourcing restaurants and venues
– Ordering supplies, lunches and stationary for the office
– Arranging couriers
You will be working as part of the admin team in a super collaborative environment so there is lots of room for development and growth.
Ideally we are looking for someone with 1-2 years work experience, or someone ready to kick-start their career looking to be a PA longer term. You will be a strongcommunicator with a personable and friendly manner. You will be joining a very sociable and fun team where personality is key!
Please note – this is an office based position Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm.
