A leading Charity / Media organisation in central London is now recruiting for the 2nd member of their HR team. As HR generalist the right candidate will have a proven track record in HR and a qualification would be looked upon favourably.
Supporting the HR manager your core tasks will be HR administration, so strong IT skills and an eye for detail is a must, and the ability to coordinate all recruitment with the recruitment managers. This is an ideal opportunity for someone in the early stages of their HR career as you will be working directly with the HR manager, and it is an amazing opportunity to learn all areas of HR first hand. You must be happy to take on administrative tasks as well as step into HR managers shoes during the absence. This is a hugely creative office, with a friendly and caring attitude to all employees.
The right candidate must show intelligence, a grounded personality and excellent written and oral communication. Start date is ASAP, with a salary of £25,000.
