HR & Operations Manager
City | £45,000 - £55,000 DOE
Our client is a leading consultancy specialising in finding talent within the financial markets and legal sector, based in a prestigious City of London location. They are now looking for a proactive and highly organised HR & Operations Manager to join the team.
Key Responsibilities:
This is a varied and autonomous role with three core areas of responsibility:
Office & Operations Management – Be the go-to person for all things office-related: liaise with building management, oversee IT and suppliers, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
HR Support – Ideally CIPD Level 5, you’ll manage onboarding, draft contracts, support internal recruitment, and be the first point of contact for all HR matters.
Finance Admin – Provide key administrative support including invoicing and ad hoc finance tasks, liaising with the CFO and accountants.
