You need to be very happy working with high profile donors and organising beautiful events at a moments notice. This is a super role seeing you work across the organisation where you need great written skills, superb organisational ability and a real understanding of how fundraising works within a charity. There are many high profile events to arrange from scratch so being able to remain calm amongst serious pressure will be advantageous.
