Friendly & Articulate Receptionist
A great company based in Fitzrovia, London are looking for a new Receptionist. This is a great opportunity to join a successful company and play a key part in a busy and demanding team.
As Receptionist your role would involve meeting and greeting visitors and organising meeting rooms, alongside other duties such as organising couriers, handling all post, assisting with events and picking up other general administrative tasks. You will also need to provide an element of support for the Office Manager/PA.
This role would suit someone enjoys working with people, immaculately presented and is looking for a challenging and consistent Receptionist role in which they would want to stay for at least a year.
They are looking for someone very hardworking and proactive, who is able to use their initiative and approach their working day with some degree of flexibility. A presentable and bubbly candidate would be a great fit for this role.
This role is a Temp to Permanent position in which you will be working on a temporary contract for the 1-month probation period before moving onto a permanent contract.
The salary will be up to £24,000, and the office hours are 9:00 – 6:00pm Monday to Friday.
Ideally they are looking for someone to start as soon as possible.
