We have a brilliant role for an accomplished EA who loves working within the Creative Arts. You would be working in a beautiful office environment with a great role that you can really sink your teeth in to.

In this role you will be supporting the Artistic Director of this well-known prestigious and wonderful organisation managing the efficient running of the AD’s office providing full 360 support. We are looking for someone who is experienced in managing crazy diaries, travel arrangements and dealing with VIP stakeholders. You will be responsible for scheduling appointments, acting as first point of contact preparing documents and proof reading. Most importantly though is your ability to write, as you will be preparing a lot of documentation under the name of the AD. This position will really suit an EA who proactive, discreet and has excellent organisational and communication skills.

The company has a beautiful environment to work in, a lovely team and offers sporadic hybrid working for a day a week, but the specific day will be different each week. They are passionate about what they do and would love someone join their team and really jump into the role. Salary they are offering between £35,000 – 40,000 depending on experience and offer great holiday package of 30 days per annum. You will have experience of working within the Creative Arts and most importantly will have worked for a talented creative individual.
