Our Client is a boutique Executive Search firm and market leader in providing Executive Search and Competitor Intelligence Services to clients including Investment and Private Banks, Hedge Funds, Private Equity & VC firms, Investment Managers and Fintech start–ups.
Built on the principle of delivering detailed research and analysis, they are growing and are now looking for an experienced Consultant / Principal to join them. You will have a proven track record of client acquisition & new business development; of winning senior mandates and onboarding clients within the capital markets, private equity or wealth management space. You will have a natural sales ability based on in-depth product knowledge and a solid understanding of your marketplace. My Client is already working across the UK and EMEA and you will be instrumental in helping them build a global business.
You need to be quietly confident in your abilities and will be trained in market mapping, org. chart analysis, and other headhunting processes if you are not already using them as part of your day to day. The founders will mentor and train you until are up-to speed, providing ongoing support and guidance. Set up in 2006, they are consistent and consultative in their approach and very proud of their collegiate, supportive and friendly culture.
This opportunity would suit someone who has gravitas, is passionate about winning new business and is commercially astute, polished, articulate, collegiate, (not salesy) and has successfully delivered on senior FO / MO / BO mandates over the last 3+ years.
You should typically be billing £30K pcm or more and be someone who your Clients would want to follow (restrictive covenants permitting).
Based in the heart of The City, the role pays up-to £60K basic + a compelling bonus structure and after time equity may well be on the cards. This is a hugely exciting opportunity to work with some talented, well credentialed individuals, build your own desk and win markets.
