Wonderful opportunity to join a highly established luxury healthcare clinic as a vital member of the admin team.

42 hours a week including a 1 hour lunch break. Shifts are typically 08:00-16:30, 08:30-17:00, 9:00-17:30 and 09:30-18:00.

**The job would be Monday – Saturday with a day off in the week in exchange for the Saturday**

The Role

We are looking for a self-motivated, efficient and well presented candidate to join a high end luxury private health clinic on Harley Street. This roles requires exceptional organisational skills, good time management and the ability to prioritise workloads. You will be working within the admin team and supporting them with all their administration requirements.

Duties will include: Responding to incoming referrals / reports / correspondence letters Incoming & outgoing mail including maintenance of franking machine, Patient Review Templates reports, Post Ops scans data entry, Purchasing / ordering Patient Questionnaires. Regular stock takes, Maintenance of the buildings and the apartments including regular fire/electrical checks.

A minimum of two years administration experience is required and the ability to communicate and interact effectively, calmly and compassionately. There is great scope within this role to grow and develop it and take on greater levels of responsibility and performance.

You will be part of a fun and friendly team and working out of beautiful offices in the heart of the West End. They are a great company to work for and they look after their staff, for example there is a often breakfast provided, social events and annual trips abroad.

Please note that it will be required that this person works on a Saturday in exchange for a day off in the week.

The Candidate

You will be a highly organised self-starter with strong self-motivation and well developed communication skills. If you enjoy client facing and have a friendly and approachable manner then you will do extremely well in this role.
