Professional, well respected Finance/ Consultancy company looking for bubbly Personal Assistant based in North London. You will be supporting three lovely Partners and an Associate. It is a team of 40 and a respectful working environment. Hours are 9pm-530pm. The role includes the below:
General correspondence including typing up documents/letters/emails/deeds/lasting powers of attorney
Updating internal document management systems and filing systems regularly and timely as necessary.
High levels of accuracy
Experience of managing and organising Outlook; inboxes, calendars and contacts, reviewing and forwarding internal and external mail, e-filing and all general maintenance and administration of client files and folders
Proof reading documents or amending documents and always ensuring accuracy
Typing up of Audio Dictation
Covering where necessary for existing secretarial team
Preparation of documentation for client signature
Liaising with clients or other parties at all levels
Excellent communication skills at all levels, time management skills and organisational skills
Excellent IT skills and use of Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook.
