A brilliant opportunity for an enthusiastic office assistant to join a successful finance company. Responsible for the day-to-day running of the office and ensuring that the office is well maintained at all times.
Duties will include:
Answering the phone and greeting visitors
Maintaining stationary, office and kitchen supplies
Organising and booking meetings
Acting as a contact point for third-party suppliers and building maintenance/management
Booking company travel and trips for employees
Completing credit card and expense claims
Any ad-hoc tasks and duties
Provide HR administrative support throughout the employee lifecycle, such as annual leave, new starter processes, and performance appraisals
Facilitate the smooth running of all recruitment processes, including candidate correspondence and organising assessment days/interviews
Organise company social events and use innovative thinking to plan company activities
Provide cover for the Operations and Compliance teams when needed
The ideal candidate will be approachable and positive with a can-do attitude who is willing to get stick in. You will be highly organised with excellent communication skills and enjoy liaising with people on all levels. You will also ideally have 6-12 months previous office experience.
