  • Managing the switchboard and keeping on top of all elements of the telephone system
  • Calendar management for the Chairman and other team members
  • Processing internal and external mail
  • Healthy and Safety compliance
  • Meeting room maintenance
  • Greeting visitors and monitoring the reception area
  • Invoice processing
  • Booking couriers and office equipment
  • Banking duties
