Experienced Sales Support needed for top City based Investment Firm. Supporting a team of 4 office and field based relationship managers previous sales support experience within a financial services environment is essential for this fast paced and highly involved position. The ideal candidate will be confident, highly numerate and quick off the mark with the primary objective of providing first class sales support, enabling the team to be as active and productive as possible.
Daily duties will include but are not limited to: • Handling in-bound calls
• Allocating and qualifying leads to Relationship Managers
• Responding to general email queries on behalf of Relationship Managers
• Arranging meetings with warm leads
• Processing monthly expenses
• Booking travel and accommodation
• Arranging seminars
• Managing invitations and monitoring responses
• Sourcing and booking venues
• Managing delegates, collating feedback and actions
• Updating in-house database system

In terms of personality you must enjoy working in a fast paced, high pressure environment and be confident and out-going in manner. With genuine involvement and scope for progression this position needs a really bright cookie.
